- We'll reach out to you, and explain the fundraiser and answer any questions.
- Once all the information is in place, Fersters will provide you with a checklist for planning, and get you registered!
- We will then provide you with order forms and guidelines as well as helpful tips for sellers to ensure a successful campaign.

Guidelines & Tips for Sellers
- We recommend a short concentrated campaign (10 to 14 days) recommended. This will help keep everyone focused and on track.
- Potential Customers: Family, Friends, Neighbours and People you or your Family do business with, etc.
- Have an established Sales Goal (#boxes) per seller
- Established with your customer this fundraiser is fruit fresh off the tree with a shelf life of two months if kept in a cool room!
- Check in with your students to remind them of their goals, provide encouragement and also get a progress report of boxes sold.
- We will be in touch with you and establish a delivery window. You will receive an email (2-4 days) in advance of the actual day and time of delivery giving everyone a heads up on the arrival of your fruit.
- You will need a group of student volunteers for 1/2 to 1 hour to unload, the number and time needed depends on order size. Volunteers should be able to lift a 20-lb box with ease (Grade 5 and up)
- An invoice will have been emailed to you earlier, please note: payment in the form of a cheque is due upon delivery.
